Nitrogen Cabinet is a sealed box that uses a special treatment to achieve an internal humidity lower than the environmental humidity. It is controlled by a microcomputer, and the standard value can be freely chosen and set, keeping the stored materials in a dry environment, reducing the adverse effects of mould, oxidation and dampness.
Nitrogen Cabinet uses a sealed cabinet filled with nitrogen. Through air replacement, the interior of the cabinet forms a nitrogen atmosphere without moisture and oxygen, creating a dry and inert atmosphere inside the cabinet. Materials stored in the Nitrogen Cabinet can effectively prevent oxidation and dampness.
When receiving the goods, customers should first confirm whether the outer packaging is intact. If there is any damage, please request to open the box for inspection. The goods are divided into two parts: cabinet and partition. Check whether the paint is damaged and whether the cabinet is deformed. For smaller cabinets, the partition and the cabinet are packed together and placed on top of the cabinet.
After the machine layer board is installed, it can be powered on. First, check whether the power cord of the dehumidifier core on the back of the Nitrogen Cabinet is connected properly. Facing the back of the machine, connect all the dehumidifier cores in series from bottom to top and from right to left. Take out the power cord from the accessory pack and plug it into the remaining socket, and then power on.
After power-on, check whether the machine's LED display is normal, without any missing code, and displays the current temperature and humidity values.
The Nitrogen Cabinet's quick and ultra-low humidity moisture-proof cabinet is an excellent option for a low humidity cabinet due to its advanced dehumidification technology. It uses deep dehumidification to dry compressed air and adds ultra-dry air to maintain an ultra low humidity dry cabinet environment. Unlike traditional electronic dehumidification methods found in most cabinets, this ultra low humidity cabinet does not rely on passive electronic components. Instead, moisture is absorbed passively by desiccants like molecular sieve, which are regularly heated and regenerated. This ensures the cabinet remains at an ultra-low humidity level, ideal for storing delicate and moisture-sensitive equipment.
